# Expert Tips:

01 -
  • This cooler brings you that just-chilled, tropical vacation feeling whenever you want it, no passport required.
  • Strawberries and coconut are a pair I can never get enough of, especially when the results are quick, vegan, and so satisfyingly creamy.
02 -
  • I once tried using room temperature coconut milk and the drink tasted flat and unbalanced—always chill your liquids first.
  • The first time I made this, I forgot to blend the ice separately and ended up with a chunky drink rather than the frothy sip I was after.
03 -
  • Chill your blender jug if you have the time—it keeps the cooler super cold for longer when blending.
  • Layer the liquids at the bottom of the blender; this makes quick work of any stubborn fruit pieces, no extra pulsing needed.
