# Expert Tips:

01 -
  • Tastes like indulgent cheesecake but requires zero baking and comes together in fifteen minutes
  • The creamy dressing transforms ordinary fruit into something special enough for company
  • Perfect for hot days when turning on the oven sounds impossible
02 -
  • Excess moisture from fruit will turn your beautiful creamy dressing into a puddle so drain everything really well
  • The texture changes completely after chilling so do not serve immediately
  • Bananas oxidize fast so add them literally five minutes before you plan to eat
03 -
  • Taste a piece of fruit before starting and adjust sugar if your berries are tart
  • Use a rubber spatula instead of a metal spoon so you do not bruise the delicate fruit
